The machinery and equipment are all newly purchased and high quality, not rented old machinery of poor quality. We ensure frequent checks and supervision of each item to guarantee the highest quality for the project. The safety of workers is a top priority. If the investor detects subcontracting, AHOUSE CONCEPT will refund 100% of the project value.
NO HIDDEN FEES:
We do not inflate construction fees: the price is reasonable based on service quality, project volume, and material quality as quoted and agreed in the contract. We do not raise prices or compete with other contractors.
NO PRICE INCREASE:
AHOUSE CONCEPT has long-standing relationships with leading suppliers such as: Viet-Nhat Steel, Ha-Tien Cement, Binh Minh Pipes, Cadivi Electrical... Therefore, when signing a contract, AHOUSE CONCEPT has already fixed the price with suppliers, ensuring stable prices throughout the construction process. Even if material prices rise after the project starts, we will not increase the cost of construction.
GUARANTEED SCHEDULE:
