CONSTRUCTION PRICING

Dear valued customers:
The company A HOUSE CONCEPT directly manages construction, from paying workers' salaries and training laborers to purchasing machinery, equipment, scaffolding, and formwork, along with maintaining and servicing equipment professionally. We strictly adhere to the policy of "No Subcontracting". If the customer discovers any violation, please contact or meet directly with the Director: (+84) 901 858 405. We will fully compensate for the construction contract.

 

1. Construction Pricing

a. Rough Construction:

  • Townhouses starting from: 3,200,000đ/m²
  • Villas starting from: 3,500,000đ/m²

Detailed cost estimates will be provided based on the construction design documents.

b. Turnkey (Rough, Finishing, and Interior)

  • Townhouses starting from: >= 6,500,000đ/m². Pricing may vary depending on finishing materials and interior decorations, with detailed quotes provided upon selection.
  • Villas starting from: >= 8,500,000đ/m². Pricing may vary depending on finishing materials and interior decorations.

The above unit prices are approximate and intended for budgeting purposes to help customers estimate investment costs. For precise pricing with no unexpected costs, A HOUSE CONCEPT always provides quotes based on detailed cost estimates derived from clear and transparent design drawings. This ensures accuracy in quality and quantity. If any part is not completed by A HOUSE CONCEPT, we will refund the cost, or if customers select lower-cost materials, we will deduct or offset it against other arising items.

A HOUSE CONCEPT directly handles construction, with no subcontracting. For small items outsourced, quality management is strictly supervised with mutual agreement between A HOUSE CONCEPT and the homeowner to approve high-quality, durable materials. Our team of experienced technical staff (including architects and construction engineers) continuously inspects every stage. Skilled workers with years of construction experience ensure meticulous work, avoiding cost-cutting measures that compromise quality. Modern equipment and technology are utilized during construction to guarantee the best quality, aesthetics, and adherence to agreed timelines.
